Returns and Right of Withdrawal Instructions

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest
from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods!

We will refund returns as soon as the goods have arrived at our warehouse, have been inspected and recorded as being free of defects. After checking the goods, we can issue you with a credit note for the net value of the goods, provided payment has not yet been made; otherwise we will refund the amount.

Please note! The glass must be delivered to us unprocessed, in its raw form, without defects and undamaged.
