Placing an order in our online shop is very easy

All other products are available per piece or are subject to a fixed minimum purchase of up to 50 pieces.

Checkout: After you have placed all items in the shopping cart with the desired quantity, click on the “Continue to checkout” link. Here you first enter your contact details so that the shipping costs can be calculated – this includes your e-mail address, delivery address and optionally the company name and a VAT ID.
Shipping Section: In the next section, select the desired shipping method. Shipping options with or without transport insurance are available. If required, you can enter a different billing address and add a note to your order.

You can choose between PayPal (also with credit card), prepayment by bank transfer and, for customers with a German delivery address, purchase on account. If required, you can enter a different billing address and add a note to your order.
Review: In the next section, you will see an overview of your order as well as information on our general terms and conditions and cancellation policy. Please check all details carefully. Click on “Buy now” to place a binding order.

After completing the order process, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail containing all the relevant information about your order.
2. Information About Our Online Store Prices
The prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. This is only shown at the end of the order. The prices shown are based on the location of the store until the address is entered.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
Before the binding conclusion of your order, you will automatically be offered a choice of possible payment methods. Any costs incurred for the selected payment method, in particular in the event of a cancellation/refund, shall be borne by the customer.
We offer the following payment options
Prepayment: Transfer directly to our bank account. We will ship your order as soon as the full invoice amount has been credited to our account. You will receive the details for a bank transfer following your order. Please use the order number as the reason for payment.
PayPal/Credit Card: Pay easily and securely with your credit card via PayPal.
Invoice Payment: Valid only for customers in Germany. You will receive an invoice after placing your order. Please transfer the total amount within 30 days.
