This color has been in the Test Lab as Pastel blue for the past few months. The formula has been finalized based on your feedback and has received stellar reviews! Working Tip: Work it hot or cool, in as close to a neutral flame as possible. Try thinning it out for a milky tint. Blow-outs work best with the Pastel colors.
