Cotton Candy is a CFL shifter on a pastel colored base. This color is creamy and easy to work with. Under natural light the color is purple - under CFL it changes to a soft blue. Working tip: Be careful not to make this color too hot - when applying it thinly - so that the pastel-colored base does not boil out and become transparent. Work with a neutral flame. Blowing out works best with the pastel colors.
