Zen is a soft aquamarine blue - bringing calm to the pastel palette. It is a pastel version of Tonic and contains copper. For a copper-free alternative, we recommend Nimbus. Tip: Use a neutral to oxidizing flame for best results. A reducing flame can lead to unwanted effects. Although Zen can be used without clear lacquer - a thin layer is recommended for longer processing - to protect the color. Avoid too high temperatures - so that the pastel base does not become transparent. Pastel colors are best applied by blowing.
