Process in a hot oxidizing flame. When the color is worked directly in the flame, it develops an amber and gold hue. It is an excellent aventurine color which turns to dark purple and red tones. When thinned out, it becomes a pale yellowish amber shade. The color does not react hypersensitively to a reduced flame and is best worked in a hot neutral flame.
