Is a highly saturated cobalt blue. Use thick as a substitute for black, or thinner as a dark blue. Work TurboCo in an oxidizing atmosphere; reducing may cause gray streaks. Note in the first image that the only reason you can see blue is because the curl is being held very close to a halogen bulb for this picture.
