Consequences of Revocation

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Address for withdrawal / returns:

We will refund returns as soon as the goods have arrived at our warehouse, have been inspected and recorded as being free of defects. After inspecting the goods, we may issue a credit note for the net value of the goods if payment has not yet been made; otherwise, we will refund the amount. Attention! The glass must be delivered to us unprocessed, in its raw form, without defects and undamaged.
