You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods!

We will refund returns as soon as the goods have arrived at our warehouse, have been inspected and recorded as being free of defects. After checking the goods, we can issue you with a credit note for the net value of the goods, provided payment has not yet been made; otherwise we will refund the amount. Attention: The glass must be returned in its original, unprocessed condition, free of defects and undamaged.
